Frequently Asked Questions

Do you allow pets on the property?

No. If an animal is brought on property, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Are kids allowed on weekends?

Kids are allowed, however, this is considered an adult party campground. Therefore, we do not recommend bringing kids, especially on holiday weekends.

How late can we check in?

During the summer, office in hours are:

Mon-Thurs: 9PM-10PM

Friday: 9AM-12 AM

Saturday: 9AM-1AM

Sunday: 9AM-5PM

If you plan on showing up outside of these hours, please give us a call.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we take Visa, MC Discover & AMEX

When can I make a reservation?

Give us a call Mon - Fri from 10- 5 to make a reservation! Yearly reservations start January 18th.

Can we bring our own tubes?

Personal tubes and equipment are allowed, but please read the private equipment information here.

Are cans allowed on the river?

Yes!

Do you have spare coolers for rent?

Yes we do. Please ask the front office for availability.

How long are the floating trips?

We typically offer multiple float trips. Please call and ask as they vary depending on the river level.

Can we make a reservation online?

As of now, all reservations must be made over the phone. Please call us at 830.964.2484

Do we have to wear wristbands?

Yes, wristbands are required to be on the campground. Please keep these on all weekend.

Do camping prices include tube rentals?

No, they do not. If you are camping you need to pay and get a wristband. Tube rentals are completely separate.

Can you make a reservation for tubes?

We do not take tube reservations, but we do have plenty to go around!

Do you have a direct line for reservations?

When you hear the voicemail start playing, press 0 and it will transfer you to us.

What size cooler can fit in a tube?

Up to a 48 quart cooler

What is allowed and not allowed on river?

Styrofoam, glass & containers under 5oz. are not allowed on the river. You are able to bring cans
